Full Throttle Pressure Washing is a registered Texas LLC based right here in Athens — not a franchise, not a call center.
The short version
Full Throttle Pressure Washing is owner-operated out of Athens, Texas. When you call or text, you're talking to the person who will quote your job and the person who will actually show up and do it. There's no sales rep in the middle and no subcontractor you've never met.
We're a registered Texas LLC and we carry liability insurance — certificate available on request, which commercial clients and property managers routinely need on file.
Why we care so much about method
Most of the damage we see on East Texas homes wasn't caused by weather. It was caused by someone with a pressure washer who didn't know — or didn't care — that siding, wood and mortar can't take high pressure.
Torn deck boards. Water forced behind vinyl siding. Eroded mortar joints. Stripped paint. Every one of those is permanent, and every one of them is avoidable by using soft washing where soft washing belongs.
That's the line we hold. High pressure on concrete and hard surfaces. Low pressure and the right cleaning solution on everything else. It takes longer and it costs us more in product — and it's the reason the results last.
What you can expect
- An honest quote. Including an honest answer about what won't come out. Some oil and rust staining is permanent, and you deserve to know that before you pay, not after.
- Protected landscaping. Beds pre-wet before we start and rinsed throughout.
- A walk-through at the end. If we missed something, we fix it before we load up.
- A real response time. If we can't get to you this week we'll say so, rather than promising a day we can't hit.

That’s where we are most weeks, not a boundary. Distance isn’t what decides a commercial job — scope is. We work well outside East Texas for larger contracts, and for the right project we’ll cross state lines. If you’re further out, ask anyway.
