Why texting works better
We’re out on jobs most of the day, usually running equipment. A text gets read and answered between jobs; a voicemail sits until the evening. More importantly, photos tell us things a phone call never can — how bad the staining actually is, what the surface is made of, and how much of it there is.
That’s the difference between a rough guess over the phone and a real number you can rely on.
What helps most
- 3–4 photos from different angles — one is rarely enough
- What it is — driveway, siding, deck, patio, storefront
- Rough size if you know it (two-car driveway, single-story house, etc.)
- Your city so we can work out scheduling
- Anything specific — oil stains, a wasp nest, a gate we'll need opened

Further out than that? Ask anyway. Those towns are where we work most weeks, not a boundary. Distance isn’t what decides a commercial job — scope is. We work well outside East Texas for larger contracts, and for the right project we’ll cross state lines.
