We work with East Texas businesses on both one-time cleans and recurring schedules — monthly, quarterly, or seasonal. Recurring is almost always cheaper per visit and stops the build-up that makes a deep clean necessary in the first place.

Recurring service
Most commercial properties are better served by a schedule than by emergency deep cleans. A monthly or quarterly visit keeps grease and grime from ever setting in, costs less per visit, and means the property always looks maintained rather than cycling between filthy and freshly cleaned.
We'll put together a schedule and a flat per-visit rate so it's a predictable line item, not a surprise.
How far will you travel?
Further than you'd think. We're based in Athens, TX, but distance isn't what decides a commercial job — scope is. A single storefront across town and a multi-site contract three hours away are completely different propositions, and the second one is worth the drive.
We work well outside East Texas for larger contracts, and for the right project we'll cross state lines. If you've got multiple locations, serious square footage, or a property somewhere we don't normally cover, ask anyway — the worst answer you'll get is an honest no, and you'll get it quickly rather than after a week of chasing.
Travel gets factored into the quote up front. You'll see the number before we start, not after.
Insured, and documented
Full Throttle is a registered Texas LLC and carries liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your property manager or corporate office before we start — most commercial clients need this on file, and we're used to providing it.

Can you work outside our business hours?
Yes — that's how most of our commercial work is done. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all normal for us. Tell us your quiet window and we'll schedule inside it.
Do you offer recurring or contract cleaning?
Yes. Monthly, quarterly and seasonal schedules are available and typically cost less per visit than one-off cleans. We'll quote a flat per-visit rate so it's predictable for your budget.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We're a registered Texas LLC and carry liability insurance. We can provide a COI to your property manager or corporate office before work begins.
Do you clean dumpster pads and grease areas?
Yes. Dumpster corrals and kitchen exit areas need degreasing rather than just pressure, and we handle them regularly for restaurants and retail properties.
Are you too far away from us?
